The board uses current holdings and each piece’s latest recorded sale. That evidence may not capture a collector’s full history, so recorded months, artists supported, and activity are minimums, not complete totals. Pieces without a known price remain visible but contribute no Value Held points.
Every acquisition is classified as a marketplace purchase, an on-chain OTC purchase, an attested OTC purchase, or a transfer with purchase status unknown. A purchase is recognised automatically only when settlement evidence in one transaction links the artwork, buyer, seller and payment; a nearby payment or an NFT transfer alone is not enough. Attested purchases count only after house review. Purchase status, acquisition date and price carry their own evidence, so a purchase can stand while its price stays unknown.
Coverage is partial. Each collector’s row names the protocols and adapters that were read and what remains unresolved.
